Active population is aging. In a few years, one-third of employees in the Czech Republic will be in their fifties and sixties. Is your company ready for this? As part of the forthcoming Mental Health Care Reform, the Government approved a 2020-2030 Action Plan. An integral part of that is a pilot project of the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs in cooperation with major employers, whose objective is to implement and evaluate the mental health programme in the workplace and to obtain a relevant incentive to modify the related legal standards. What impact will the results of this project have on OSH and how significantly will it affect the relationship of employees and employers? And in home office work mode? Are we to expect destigmatization of mental disorders or lawsuits?
Will robotics spread also into HR, i.e., will Siri-type assistants become personnel managers of the future? Today there already exist programmes that are able to assess your employees from the personnel point of view. Is this the way also for the development of HR? Will your human resources department choose robots as well as they do live staff? And how will this development be reflected in personnel controlling?
